When you purchase a font, what you actually purchase is the license to use the font according to each term.

Yes, consider purchasing the ‘Branding’ license for these kind of usage. However, you cannot claim the asset (Font Software) when registering for trademark protection.

No, webfont license is mainly for website usage. If you need a desktop usage, consider purchasing the ‘Desktop+web’ license.

Yes, you can sub-license to a third party such as client, freelancer, contractor, printer or agency in relation to your projects. However, you will be fully responsible for the asset usage through their end. Please notify them about the terms of usage before sub-licensing to avoid future problems. Sub-licensing also counts towards your user allowance, be sure to purchase the right amount of users and computer installation.

You can store your licensed font anywhere as long as the access to the asset is owned and/or controlled by you. The asset is only available for use by the licensee.

You can download the font through ‘downloads’ section under your account in the menu

You can outline our fonts in your design tool and use it according to your design needs, but you are not allowed to modify the font software and/or create a derivative work that is directly competitive with the original asset.

If the purchased product is defective, you can claim a refund. You must (1) certify and guarantee that no copy of the product remains in your possesion or control, (2) Provide proof of valid sales receipt, and (3) Provide other necessary information if requested. All claim for refund must be made within five days of purchase.

You may not distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer the font software and create a derivative work that is directly competitive with the original asset.
