Moonbandit End User License Agreement Version 01.2023
By purchasing and installing the font software, you, as the purchaser and licensee accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms, you can not download or use any Moonbandit fonts.
You are granted a license to use the font software on a certain number of devices according to the allocated allowance of each license. You are not receiving the copyright to the design or any part of the design, only the right to use the font as specified in each license.
You can make a backup copy of the fonts you purchase You can make archival copies of the fonts for your own purposes, counting additionally to the amount of devices you licensed the fonts for.
You shall not distribute the fonts to people outside of your organization. You can sub-license to a third party such as client, freelancer, contractor, printer or agency in relation to your projects. However, you will be fully responsible for the asset usage through their end. Please notify them about the terms of usage before sub-licensing to avoid future problems. Sub-licensing also counts towards your user allowance, be sure to purchase the right amount of users and computer installation.
You may not distribute, lend, rent, sell, give away, publicly or privately share any modified or unmodified version of the font software.
You may not modify the font software in any case. You may not commission a third party to modify the font software.
You can outline our fonts in your design tool and use it according to your design needs, but you are not allowed to modify the font software and/or create a derivative work that is directly competitive with the original asset.
You can use our font as logo by purchasing the ‘Branding’ license. However, You can only claim the end result, you cannot claim the asset (Font Software) when registering for trademark protection.
It is prohibited to use the fonts in any racist or in general discriminating and hateful context. If you purchase a license for a project for any of the fields stated in this paragraph, you are not allowed to use the fonts, and you are not receiving a refund.
If you do experience any difficulties with our fonts, we will look into the problem and hopefully send you a fixed version immediately. Any usage of the fonts are on your own risk. We do not guarantee that the font files work perfectly on every platform, operating system etc.
If the purchased product is defective, you can claim a refund. You must (1) certify and guarantee that no copy of the product remains in your possesion or control, (2) Provide proof of valid sales receipt, and (3) Provide other necessary information if requested. All claim for refund must be made within five days of purchase. All purchases are final.
We do not offer any exchanges for other font files. Please place your orders carefully.
Any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement terminates your license to use the fonts. After any termination of the agreement you must destroy any copies of the fonts, including your archival copies.
Any and all rights reserved MoonBandit Font Foundry. Previous versions of our EULA may or may not be included with fonts that has not yet been updated. By purchasing fonts and agreeing to our EULA, you are agreeing to the most recent one.
